Meet Ruth - Our General Manager - Strategy
As Co-Founder of the Developers Institute and General Manager - Strategy, Ruth is a fundamental cog in the well-oiled Developers machine, carefully crafting strategy and systems from the very first "hello world" of the Institute. Ruth ensures both our team and our students are supported to enable an engaging learning experience, from Academic Strategy and Delivery, HR and Financial Management, Funding, Compliance, and everything in between - you might say Ruth holds a Master in Cat Herding, balancing operational management with the successful growth of the business. She has become a specialist at weaving complex and detailed information together, producing research and academic plans that generate great student outcomes.
Before joining Developers Institute
Ruth brings a raft of experience both in education and business to the Developers Institute, with extensive involvement in tertiary education both as a student and a lecturer, as well as commercial business management experience across a variety of industries. Ruth holds a Master of Arts with First Class Honours in Art History, and a National Certificate in Adult Education and Training.
